PC Home Cover Mounted Booklet

In 1993 PC Home Magazine was looking for something special to mount on the magazine's cover. Sure, they had free floppy disks (two of them in fact) but the competition on the newsstands was intense. Someone at Europress remembered me from when I worked there. They had read my book The PC Companion, and wondered if they could run parts of it in a booklet. They didn't want to pay (shame) but offered to sell the book and accompanying floppy disk on our behalf, so it was a pretty good deal anyway, which I obviously accepted.
